internationally. Our highly qualified and

technical skills and associate expertise in

|
|

Uwe
has gained
over 14 years experience in the mining and
exploration industry working for various
South African companies in a number of
regions including Barberton (gold and
tungsten), Klerksdorp (gold), Westonaria
(gold and Uranium), Pilgrims Rest (gold),
Kriel (coal) DRC (copper), Western Australia
(gold) and Antarctica (research). During
this time he has worked as an Ore Resource
Manager for eight years where he was
involved in the production and exploration
on the shafts, strategic planning of the
shafts, Mineral Resources and Mineral
Reserves as well as the daily management of
the shafts. He is currently heading up the
exploration division of Agere. |

Rudzani Ligege |
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
After obtaining her honours
degree Rudzani worked for Harmony Gold Mining
Company on their Randfontein Operations before
joining Agere. She has three years of experience on
the Witwatersrand gold mines on the operational
level as well as exploration. During this time she
has gained valuable experience, on narrow as well as
multiple reef packages, in sedimentology, structural
geology, mapping and planning.

Donald Williams. |
|
|
|

Geological Field Technician |
|
|
|
|
|
Donald has over 24 years
experience in the geological exploration field with
companies such as Anglo American Prospecting
Services
(AAPS), Anglo Vaal River Operations and Harmony Gold
Mining Company. During this time he gained
experience in most aspects of geological field work
from drill rig supervision, sampling and core
marking. At Agere, Donald fills the role of field
supervisor to ensure that proper QA/QC standards and
procedures are followed and
maintained. |

Andries Vrey |
|

Geological Field Technician |
|
|
|
|
|
Andries
has
over 17 years experience in the geological drafting
and exploration industry working for companies in
South Africa such as Gold Fields, Global Geo Service
and Minxcon. During this time he was involved with
geological drafting, core marking, sampling and data
capturing and plotting of maps. He is currently
working in the Exploration Division of Agere where
he is involved with geological field work,
historical data capturing and drafting. |

Dario Clemente |
|
|
|

|
|
|
Dario has over 35 years experience in the
metallurgical industry, including five years
abroad working for large international
companies – as a Metallurgical Manager at a
tungsten and tin base metal mine; and as a
Technical Consultant at a polymetallic
copper operation. He has extensive
experience in base metal and platinum group
metals refining, as well as gold and uranium
metallurgy. He has also co-authored
technical papers and presented his findings
locally and abroad. He is currently heading
the Metallurgy division of Agere project
management. |

Consulting Plant Foreman |
|
|
|
Mardus has 26 years experience in gold
plants. He has vast experience in crushing,
milling,
floatation, thickening, leaching and all
processes associated with gold recovery and
smelting. He has also managed operating
plants and has been involved in
commissioning of new plants which includes
training and
implementation
of management systems and gold plant management. His
current position at Agere is of
metallurgical consultant and has been
involved in implementing
Short Interval Control at various plants as
well as doing audits and implementing best
practice systems. |
