Engelmann has over 12 years´ experience in the mining and exploration industry working for South African companies which include Gengold mining company (Evander Goldfields), Johannesburg Consolidated Investments, Randgold a mining and exploration company and Harmony Gold Mining Company (Randfontein). His expertise also spans other regions and commodities including Barberton (gold and tungsten), Klerksdorp (gold), Westonaria (gold and uranium), Pilgrim´s Rest (gold), Kriel (coal), Western Australia (gold) and Antarctica (research).
 
For eight years, Engelmann worked as an ore resource manager, working on projects in shaft specific production and exploration, strategic planning, estimation of mineral resource and reserves, as well as the daily management of shafts. He is currently managing the exploration division of Agere Projects Management.
 

Clemente has over 35 years´ experience in the metallurgical industry, including five years abroad working for large international companies – as a metallurgical manager at a tungsten and tin base metal mine; and as a technical consultant at a poly–metallic copper operation. He has extensive experience in base metal and PGM refining as well as gold and uranium metallurgy. He has also co-authored technical papers and presented his findings locally and abroad.
 
Prior to joining Agere, Clemente spent four years managing an open pit gold mine, initially as a metallurgical manager and subsequently as the general manager. His success stems from his ability to analyse metallurgical problems at their core and develop strategies to enhance technical performance and efficiency and thus reduce costs. Clemente is currently managing the metallurgical division of Agere Project Management.
